Ferme Fran\u00e7ois Gosselin INC is not responsible for any external situations that its shipping partners may face, including unusual delivery delays due to any circumstance and\/or any damage to the ordered products. Once the online order has been completed, the customer should expect a reasonable delivery timeframe. No refunds will be offered to customers, regardless of the delivery delay. We kindly ask you to contact us if your product has been damaged during delivery, and this must be done before opening the freshness seal.<\/p><p>INSPECTION, REJECTION:<\/p><p>All delivered goods must undergo a final inspection by the buyer upon receipt via the delivery service. Sales are final and non-refundable.<\/p><p>D\u00c9DOMMAGEMENT :<\/p><p>The seller agrees to compensate and hold the buyer harmless for any products received that were damaged due to delivery, following the buyer's inspection upon receipt. The buyer must inspect the ordered product at the time of delivery to exercise this right. After this moment, the delivery will be deemed accepted, and the buyer waives any claims for compensation.<\/p><p>EDIBLE PRODUCTS:<\/p><p>The seller guarantees that all goods covered by this order comply with the specifications listed on its website. The products sold are perishable, subject to standard storage measures, and should be consumed within a reasonable period. Beyond this timeframe, the products may no longer be edible.<\/p><p><strong>Applicable Law:<\/strong><\/p><p>This contract is subject to the applicable laws of Quebec. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation, execution, application, or validity of the contract, the parties agree to establish jurisdiction in the judicial district of Quebec.<\/p><p>TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/p><ol><li><p>FERME FRAN\u00c7OIS GOSSELIN INC. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Company\u201d) is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from a delivery delay or failure to deliver all or part of the goods. All goods are shipped at the Buyer\u2019s risk, and the Company is not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any modification regarding weight, quantity, or any other specification must be indicated on the bill of lading or the carrier's shipping receipt.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The Company guarantees that visual inspections were conducted before shipment and that the purchased product(s) were in good condition prior to delivery.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Products that are not manufactured by the Company do not carry any warranties other than those described herein.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, actions, or damages resulting from the use of the ordered and consumed goods by the buyer or third parties.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Unless otherwise stated herein, payment is made at the time of the online order using the applicable payment methods. If the payment is declined by the card issuer or transaction operator and the order and delivery have been completed, the payment deadline is thirty (30) full days from the billing date, with an interest rate of 2% per month for late payments (in the event that the product(s) were ultimately not paid for due to a payment or system error).<\/p><\/li><li><p>If the Buyer fails to pay any amount by its due date, the Company has the right either to suspend all other shipments scheduled under the relevant contract or any other contracts made with the Buyer until the default is remedied or to terminate, at that time or later, the said contract or any other contracts concerning goods yet to be delivered under those agreements.<\/p><\/li><li><p>All prices are subject to change without notice, unless stated otherwise in this text.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The Buyer must pay all taxes, duties, and other charges imposed on the goods by any governmental authorities unless otherwise stated.<\/p><\/li><li><p>These terms and conditions of sale shall not be modified by any provision of any other type of agreement, sales order, or similar agreement, and no modification shall be binding on the Company unless it is in writing and signed by all parties involved.<\/p><\/li><li><p>No product may be returned without the Company's authorization. If authorization is granted, shipping instructions must be followed; otherwise, any additional costs for unauthorized returns will be the customer's responsibility.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The Company may, at its sole discretion, limit the quantities of ordered items or cancel an order after accepting it, in which case the Buyer will not be required to pay for it. In certain circumstances, the Company may require additional information or conduct a verification before accepting or fulfilling the order.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Applicable Law: This contract is subject to the applicable laws of Quebec.
